Below are some of the frequently asked questions by our clients, if you can’t find what you’re looking for here, just drop us a message and we’ll get back to you ASAP!

1. Is Party with Jive available for my event date?

Please fill-up our Event Form emailed so we may check your event details with our packages’ availability.

2. Do the packages come with a sound system?

Sound system is not included. Our Musical Packages do require a sound system of good quality with a certain number of mics, depending on the package.

3. Is there an additional transportation fee for my venue?

Our rates apply to Quezon City and Makati areas, (we are Quezon City based) and are subject to change based on distance of event venue. Service Transportation Fees are as follows:

  • Bicutan-Alabang: P2,000
  • Las Piñas-Daang Hari: P2,500

4. Can I pencil book?

Most definitely. But please note Party with Jive operates on a first come first serve basis. Pencil bookings do not qualify as an Official Reservation, and your slot may still be taken by other clients. Official Reservation fee of 50% downpayment is required so we may officially block off our team for your event date. Closing Contract will be emailed to you in this case, containing all agreed-upon details of your event.

5. How do we officially book you for our event?

Please see the respective step by step process below:

  1. Fill-up all the Event details in our Event Form.
  2. We will double check the availability of requested package.
  3. Upon confirmation of package availability and clients’ go-signal, we will follow-up with an email of our Closing Contract, complete with Event and
  4. Downpayment details, etc.
  5. As soon as downpayment deposit has been made, please send us the deposit slip for official reference to either of the following accounts: Viber,Text (imsg), or Email.
  6. Event officially confirmed!

6. Do your hosting packages include a program?

Yes, hosting packages are complete with a hosting program that lasts 3-hours maximum.

7. Does Party with Jive have a hosting program flow?

Yes. Projected musical hosting program flow consists of games, singing, dancing, performances, and birthday ceremonies (candle blowing, etc.). Our program flows are spontaneous and constantly change as we adjust from audience to audience (all audiences are different) in order to give each event a different look and feel. This makes every party we host / perform in uniquely fun and different!

8. Can I add other activities to your program?

Of course! Our program is your program. Feel free to let us know anything you would like to add (ex. 7 roses/7wishes, Celebrant solo performances, etc.) and we may easily incorporate this into our program flow.

9. How many prizes do i need?

We recommend a little more than double the amount of kids you’re expecting for your event.

Example: 30 kids = 80 prizes.

10. Do we have to meet to close events and also prior to event dates?

We primarily handle all event concerns via the following means: mobile (text or call), viber, email, online video chat. You may rest assured all event concerns can be addressed through these means.

11. Can we mix and match packages?

Yes, different musical packages may be mixed and matched!

12. May we request songs for our event?

Yes, we may email our repertoire of songs upon request. Song or performance requests must be made 2 weeks before your respective event date so our team may be given time to practice your specific request.

13. Do you have packages for smaller parties?

Yes, we do! Alternate packages for smaller parties may be emailed upon request.

14. Can we upgrade our confirmed package as we approach our event date?

Yes, this would be based on availability of our performers. Please inform us asap of any package upgrades so we can verify performers’ availability.
